Surya Ayurveda will only accept cancellations of online orders if the product has not been dispatched. In most cases, product orders placed are dispatched in 1-2 business days.
If the order has been placed using a debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method. For orders paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide us with your bank details for the refund.
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded due to Health and Safety Regulations.
