Mamsa care oil has been traditionally used to help ease deep-rooted muscle and joint pains because of the healing properties of its ingredients like Vijayasar, Moringa and Camphor. Camphor’s cooling effect and Moringa’s natural anti-inflammatory properties help soothe chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain and relieve the symptoms of arthritis and spondylitis.

Mamsa care oil also supports improved blood circulation, which is why it is also used as part of Kati Basti treatments, an Ayurvedic therapy for relieving sore muscles and stiff joints. For external use only. Contains medicated oil. Not essential or aromatic oils.

Dosage and Directions

Warm up the oil and apply liberally all over the affected areas. Leave it on for an hour and apply hot compress for best results.
